DSU from liteon they now have newer versions on thier site and updated my system with that, then I used the hacked version after that and it work out. That it is doing what you say with RW disks tells me that the drive could be a problem and the handling of these disks is not correct.

No fuss with Disks. There are a few hacks available for firmware revision ; they include one to remove Macrovision to allow backup of protected VHS tapesand one to enable a 3-hour LP recording mode. Good Basic Recorder Getting a little old now but I still find this unit easy to use and seems like it will record anything you put into it.
